Our Policies:
Appointments: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first consultation. Late appointments may be shortened so the next client isn’t inconvenienced.
Cancellation/No show: We request that you give 24 hour notice for cancellations, otherwise full charges will apply. A credit card or gift certificate # guarantee will be required for all spa packages.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuities. They do not have to be used for the service indicated but can be applied toward any product or service. See information below if you have a gift card for a specific package.
Packages: Spa packages must be redeemed on the same day to get the discounted price. If you choose to you may use your gift card for the dollar amount and purchase services individually.
Gratuities are not required but when offered are appreciated! Unfortunately, we can not accept gratuities on credit cards.
